Meditation: Practice and Philosophy in the Himalayan Tradition and Applied in Daily Life (July 24-25-26)

By understanding the mind and its functions begin to control the modification leading to the internal states of quietude and contentment. In the silent, still, nirodha mind you will understand the goal of meditation as given by sage Vyasa in the commentary on the first sutra of the Yoga-sutras of Patanjali: Yogah samadhi.
