Inner Balance - The Center for Healthy Living
Inner Balance - The Center for Healthy Living was born in 2002, the fruition of a dream to bring Semra Weathered's training to her homeland in Istanbul, Turkey. The goal of Inner Balance' is to bring balance in people's lives using different approaches; such as, Yoga, Meditation, Hypnotherapy and Reflexology. Within the last three years the Yoga and Meditation programs, with a few simple changes have come into alignment with the Himalayan tradition. A few times a year we hold Himalayan Tradition Meditation workshops. Even though we have only a few classes a week, we know that our students gain much needed levels of peace and contentment in these stressful times.
